Healing Process

Checkups are usually provided at the hospital on the day the Breast Lift is performed. If no problem are noticed during the checks, the patient is discharged the next day. During the early recovery period, heavy exercise should be avoided and the patient should not lie on the bed for long periods. During the first 4 weeks period, patients should lie on their backs to prevent damage in chest area. If there are no problems at the first check-ups, the patient is allowed to address personal care needs, such as taking a shower.
